Applications

Automotive, including thermostat housings, water pumps, charge air coolers, and components in transmissions and engine oil systems. In electrical and electronic systems, Zytel® HTN is used in new lead-free SMT connectors and bushings. Structural Grades of Zytel® HTN are also helping to provide larger display areas when used in backbones for cell phones, PDAs and other hand-held devices; and debuting in automotive safety and chassis applications.
